The President's Office of Employment Training, offers great opportunities to youths ages 14 through 21 to gain knowledge of how to enter the adult workforce.

We have job developers recruiting employers from office industries, factory industries as well as retail industries. We let the employer know we have a cadre of youth that are pre-screened and ready for the workforce. We teach the basic skills needed to enter the workforce, giving youth the right attitude, motivation and tools needed to make a good impression at the time of the interview.

Our program also prepares youth with testing in reading, writing and math. If there are areas of concern, staff assist in helping the individual achieve a higher-level of learning. After placement the job developer stays in contact with the student and employer to monitor r progress. The retention is an on going process for a period of at least 6 months or more.
