TANF Work First, FSE&T and TANF Job Placement programs fall under our Employment and Training Retention Placement Programs. The Employment & Training Retention Placement program provides services to clients who have been identified for intensive self-sufficiency coach model.  The objective of this program is to coach participants to higher levels of self-sufficiency, both personally and financially.  Referrals for these programs are received from the Illinois Department of Human Services (IDHS).

The Ticket to Work and Self-Sufficiency Program provides Social Security beneficiaries with disabilities more choices for receiving employment services. Under this program the Social Security Administration (SSA) is issuing Tickets to eligible beneficiaries who, in turn, may assign those Tickets to an Employment Network (EN) of their choice to obtain employment services, vocational rehabilitation services or other support services necessary to achieve a vocational goal.
